Free Amazon Revenue Calculator

Project gross and net revenue from expected sales volume.

"Revenue" and "profit" get used interchangeably but they're very different numbers — this tool focuses purely on the top-line and post-fee revenue lines, useful for cash-flow planning and inventory reorder budgeting even before you factor in COGS and ad spend.

Worked Example

Example: 500 units/month at $22.00, with 15% referral fee. Gross revenue = 500 × $22.00 = $11,000. Referral fees = $11,000 × 15% = $1,650. Net revenue (before FBA fees, COGS, ads) = $9,350.

Formula

Gross Revenue = Units Sold × Sale Price
Net Revenue = Gross Revenue − (Gross Revenue × Referral Fee %)

Frequently Asked Questions

Is net revenue here the same as profit?
No — net revenue here only subtracts the referral fee. Subtract COGS, FBA fees, shipping, and ad spend for actual profit (see Amazon Profit Calculator).
