Free Amazon Profit Calculator

Find your true net profit after fees, shipping, and advertising — per unit and per month.

Unlike the FBA Calculator (which focuses on fee breakdown), this tool is built for the bigger picture: plug in your monthly unit volume and it projects total monthly profit, which is usually the number that actually matters when deciding whether a product is worth scaling.

Worked Example

Example: You sell 200 units/month at $19.99, COGS $5.50/unit, referral fee 15%, FBA fee $3.22/unit, $1.50 inbound shipping/unit, and $2.00/unit average ad spend. Per-unit profit ≈ $19.99 − $5.50 − $3.00 (referral) − $3.22 − $1.50 − $2.00 = $4.77. At 200 units/month, monthly profit ≈ $954.

Formula

Per-Unit Profit = Price − COGS − Referral Fee − Fulfillment Fee − Shipping − Ad Spend/Unit
Monthly Profit = Per-Unit Profit × Monthly Units Sold

Frequently Asked Questions

Should ad spend really be counted per-unit?
Yes for planning purposes — divide your typical monthly ad budget by monthly units sold to get a realistic per-unit ad cost, since PPC is a real cost of each sale at scale.
